Q about SSL/TLS in Palm

Dear Sir/Ms.:   My name is Mike, i just wonder, can ur source be used in Palm?  if not, is there anyway to do it?  bcoz now my application needs to do the CA certificate, so please help me out here, any reply will be deeply appreciated!!
