No, that was the cheapie solution I had until I figured out how to "do it
right", see

near decent patch :)
Apply http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=stunnel-users&m=97000701003179&w=2
as well to solve the rsa key length issue, and it appears to work
perfectly with both IE and Netscape. Further testing will be done this
weekend and I will report and solve any problems I find.
