Hi,
I've downloded a new version (2000 openssl-0.9.6.tar.gz [LATEST]) of
the openssl project and installed it.
Then I tried to create a self signed CAcertificate V3 in DER format
(req -new -x509 -keyout cakey.der -out cacert.der -outform DER -config
./apps/openssl.cnf ) .It has a serial
number 00.
What should I do to create one with another serial number?
If I create V1 CACertificate it has a serial number.
