Hi,
attached is a patch to openssl.spec that:
* Ensures that all files, even %doc files, are installed as
root.root, even if the RPM is built as a non-root user.
* Ensures that .so symlinks are installed as symlinks and
not copies of the respective files. This has the twofold
advantage of reducing the size of resulting binaries
and prevending ldconfig from complaining.
