Does egrep exist everywhere (that is, on all Unixen)? The reason I
ask is that I have apparently overestimated the minimum capabilities
of grep in Makefile.org when I used this:
grep '\(^\| \)\(crypto\|ssl\)\( \|$$\)'
so I'm replacing it with:
egrep '(^| )(crypto|ssl)( |$$)'
with a little bit of nervousness that I may just be digging another
hole...
