What would be really useful is an RSAREF-to-OpenSSL API shim, so that
legacy code which was written for RSAREF can be relinked against
OpenSSL without needing to be rewritten. Given that we have an
OpenSSL-to-RSAREF shim at the moment (this is the one which is going
away), half of the work should already be done (in inverse).
