I think that's what Ben means when he says that it's "on its way in to
OpenSSL".  The two things that I expect will change are 1) adding the
missing CBC wrapping in some way (there are discussions going on
around this), and 2) a name change of the functions to comply a bit
better to the OpenSSL function name standard (to extent there's
actually such a standard :-)).
