RE: plans for ENGINE merge with main tree

It's already merged, in the snapshots of OpenSSL in development which are
available at http://www.openssl.org/source/cvs.  Since they're snapshots of
work in progress, they aren't necessarily stable, but you can see what the
code looks like merged.
