With respect to the other code in OpenSSL_0_9_6-stable, rsa_eay.c was
obviously buggy; it's as simple as that.  Of course we can still
decide that we don't want to allow sharing of RSA structures between
threads and rewrite the SSL library accordingly, but *some* fix was
needed.
