A new defect, DR 279, to X.509/9594-8 has been posted in pdf on the server at

The proposed resolutions for this defect and others have been
incorporated into two Draft Technical Corrigenda and submitted to
ISO/IEC SC6 for ballot.

The ballot period for a DTC ballot is normally three months. National
Bodies and Liaison Organizations may submit comments on these DTCs.

come as contributions from the organizations themselves.
