From: "Greaney, Kevin" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Kevin.Greaney> I noticed that between 0.9.6A and 0.9.6B, the file
Kevin.Greaney> RAND_VMS.C was dropped. I also noticed that is was
Kevin.Greaney> missing from CRYPTO-LIB.COM.

I think you need to recheck this case. rand_vms.c has never existed
in 0.9.6, it's something I put in the development of the yet unrelease
0.9.7. rand_vms.c isn't very well tested (at least by me, and I've
heard nothing about it from anyone else up until now), so it would be
a shame if it found itself in a current release.

Kevin.Greaney> When I checked the CVS system to see when it was
Kevin.Greaney> removed (and maybe where it ended up), I noticed that
Kevin.Greaney> CRYPTO-LIB.COM still has the reference to it. So,
Kevin.Greaney> should it be in or should it be out???

I believe you're talking about the main trunk? That's the development
branch that will become 0.9.7. 0.9.6 (and 0.9.6a and 0.9.6b) is on a
separate branch.
