ne step missing in "How to build" help:

1. Install patch
2. do .config
3. make errors
4. make
5. make tests
6. make install

That should fix a problem with #defines

Failed to build on Windows 2000 and Solaris with the Eracom patch applied
to
OpenSSL 0.9.6a.
Seems like the patch is missing mods to some header file.
