The announcement of the rescheduled Flagstaff meeting is at

The major differences in the announcement are;
The date is 12 - 16 November 2001
The agenda is changed - e.g., work on X.509/part 8 is now on 12 and 13 November
Reservations must be made by 20 October. The room rate is lowered to
$90 but it will be colder.
Additional input documents are identified.
Travel directions from Las Vegas to the hotel are included. Several
people found that it was less expensive to book a flight to Las Vegas
than to Phoenix.
