As stated in the error message, which you obviously didn't read at all
(shame on you), you should read the FAQ to overcome this problem. The URL
to get the FAQ is in the error message.
You shouldn't have sent a bug report for this. It's a bug in *your*
configuration or code, not a bug in the OpenSSL library.
