Wrong OIDS for PKCS #9 gender and pseudonym?

According to PKCS #9 v2 gender should have the OID

1 3 6 1 5 5 7 9 3

and psuedonym should have the OID

1 2 840 113549 1 9 3.

According to OpenSSL's objects.h gender has the OID

1 3 6 1 5 5 7 9 4

and pseudonym has the OID

1 3 6 1 5 5 7 9 3,

however.
