The way everyone seems to understand the rules, if you send changes
for a cryptographic *package*, you must send a mail to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], even if the changes themselves have nothing to do
with cryptography.  Therefore, we're forced to require that you resend
your mail with a cc: to [EMAIL PROTECTED]  Sorry.
