No, after these discussions and complains I've switched all lists to allow
only subscribers. As a result I have to manually approve a lot more postings
now, but only this way we are able to kill the spam effectively. Ok, every
spam except this new form of spam where a legitimate sender address is used.

Yes and no. It was not really moderated: it allows only the team to post. But
this again did not prevent the new form of spam we are talking about. I've now
switched to full moderation mode meaning that I've to approve manually also
the team postings.
