[snip] I'm waiting to drop this patch into the HEAD but I can't really do so until you resubmit this patch with a CC to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (as per the last section of the top-level README). BTW: 0.9.7 is currently undergoing beta-testing so I'm reluctant to consider putting this patch into 0.9.7-stable at this point ... it doesn't look like it's that critical to apache's health, though I'd like to hear if anyone else considers it differently.
