I was running an OpenVPN stress test with 0.9.7 beta 2 on i386 Linux 2.4. The stress test involves two OpenVPN peers attempting a TLS authentication every 10 seconds, but with network noise and DoS attacks simulated by randomly corrupting and dropping network packets. After the test had run for 12 hours, one peer (the one acting as a TLS client) segfaulted here:
(gdb) bt #0 0x0808c722 in asn1_check_eoc () #1 0x0808b6ab in ASN1_item_ex_d2i () Cannot access memory at address 0x8 I will keep the gdb session open in case there are any questions.
