[openssl.org #183] Linux system 390 configure patch

The attached patch file adds the -ldl and dso-scheme dlfcn to the
configuration for linux on s390 and s390x systems.   This is required to
properly be able to use the IBM Crypto Accelerator engine on those
platforms.
