1. In rmdtest.c:
If I build with OPENSSL_NO_RIPEMD and rmdtest.c fails to compile because
openssl/ripemd.h cannot be found.
The line "#include <openssl/ripemd.h>" needs to be moved AFTER the "#else"
of "#ifndef OPENSSL_NO_RIPEMD".
2. In ssltest.c:
If I build with OPENSSL_NO_DH, I will get a failure message:
"unknown option -dhe1024dsa"
when running
"test sslv2/sslv3 with 1024bit DHE via BIO pair" in testssl.com.
3. bn won't compile in a Windows environment using VC++ 6.0/SP5 because of a
problem with 'bn.h' which uses the VC++ 6.0/SP5 class template name,
'modulus'.
