[openssl.org #259] SHA-256, SHA-384, SHA-512

FIPS PUB 180-2, which defines SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512 in addition
to SHA-1, has been published on August 1:

     http://csrc.nist.gov/publications/fips/fips180-2/fips180-2.pdf

These new hash algorithms should be added to the 0.9.8-dev branch.
