Runtime bug with "req" command.

openssl version 9.6-G
Compiled using gcc-2.95.2
platform:  Windows 2000 Professional.
All installation tests pass successfully.

run this command:
openssl req -new -x509 -days 36500 -key MyCA.key -out MyCA.crt -config
openssl.txt

get this error message:
"openssl.exe - Application Error"
"The instruction at "0x0046f86a" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The
memory
could not be "read"."
"Click on OK to terminate the program"
"Click on Cancel to debug the program"
