[openssl.org #350] 0.9.7-beta4: test_rsa fails on ia64

It turned to be a GCC compiler bug. Basically it's the compiler that
needs to be fixed, but a workaround is merged into HEAD and
OpenSSL_0_9_7-stable  branches. The ticket is therefore resolved. A.
