[openssl.org #239] Solaris 2/Intel shared libssl/libcrypto contain text relocations

Both code relocation (DES code not being PIC) and linking issues (crt1.o
being linked in when it shouldn't) are addressed in HEAD and 0.9.7
branches now. The case is dismissed. A.
