Hmm, that last error line didn't show by email... An RT2 bug I believe...
Anyhow, this seems to be a line ending difference (one file having CRLF as line end, while the other just has LF). I thought this was discussed and SOLVED quite a while ago, possibly in 0.9.6. Could it be that the particular correction (if there was any) wasn't transfered to the 0.9.7 branch? If this issue is old, please remind me what the solution was...
