This ticket seems to be one and the same as #475 - and as mentioned in
that ticket's history, you need to resubmit the patch with a CC to the
appropriate US agency; please see the last entry in the ticket history at;

My reading of that suggests that you copy the email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and [EMAIL PROTECTED]
As for the patch itself, I'll follow up in the original ticket shortly.
