[openssl.org #747] -pre and -post cmd line params for openssl cmds

Hello Folks,

Since the rt dropped the message text,
I send it to the list:

for those of us using engines:

this patch adds the -pre -and -post params to all
openssl commands that let you set an engine.

At the moment it is in the state "untested",
but I had an similar patch that worked as intended...

So please have a look...
