The OpenSSL ASN1 code doesn't currently support CFB mode. That means that
while you can use CFB you can't correctly use it with anything requiring the
CFB parameter ASN1 syntax.

There aren't (AFAIK) any standards that use CFB with PKCS#7 (or S/MIME)
either.

Is there any reason you want to use CFB?
