hi all,

please update the FAQ to explain why there are both 9.6 and 9.7 releases
currently available. what's the difference? is 9.7 stable and usable for
the real world?

the FAQ clearly states 9.7 is -not-yet-released-:
>>>
6. What is an 'engine' version?
With version 0.9.6 OpenSSL was extended to interface to external crypto
hardware. This was realized in a special release '0.9.6-engine'. With
version 0.9.7 (not yet released) the changes were merged into the main
development line, so that the special release is no longer necessary
<<<

the FAQ also states:
>>>>
1. Which is the current version of OpenSSL?
The current version is available from http://www.openssl.org. OpenSSL
0.9.7c was released on September 30, 2003.
