This was discussed on openssl-users just a few days ago, and I expressed 
my view on it (see http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?
l=openssl-users&m=107965058406312&w=2).  I'm going to change the text to 
something that's more on par with the current state.  I'll get back to 
you when I've thought a little more about it.
