As of Apr 27 1998 the CA.sh script has been translated into perl (CA.pl)
by Steve Henson. There are some systems that don't have perl installed
by default (FreeBSD 5.x for example), so I back-translated the current
version of CA.pl back into CA.sh. Anyway, there are no reason for using
as strong tool as perl for this simple task despite of presence of the
perl within base system ...
