Newbie : How can I add new cipher algorithm to OpenSSL?

Hi,

Is possible to add new cipher algorithms to OpenSSL?

I want to use new cipher suites using SEED crypto-algorithm such as 
SSL_CS_RSA_SEED_CBC_MD5, SSL_CS_RSA_SEED_CBC_SHA .

But I don't know where to start...
