[openssl.org #966] make test in no-shared enviroment doesn't work

The current snapshot contains a test/Makefile
with an unconditional LD_PRELOAD which doesn't
seem to work when there is no  ib{crypto|ssl}.so 
e.g. for a no-shared build

environment is solaris 5.8 with gcc 3.2.3
