1. There is not such thing as world-wide patent. So, we are going to assist users from countries, where particular algorithm is not encumbered. 2. There are several other situation where loadable algorithms desirable. Some applications require goverment ceritification of cryptoalgorithm implementation, while entire application doesn't require certification.
