Patch applied now, thanks for the report. Please note that patches and bug reports should be sent to rt (see OpenSSL website for details) so they have less chance of being overlooked. When I occasionally have time to look through things (in between doing stuff that pays the bills, paying the bills, getting a life and worrying about not quite managing the previous three) its much easier if I don't have to hunt through old postings in openssl-dev for unaddressed issues.
