I saw a post long time back that mentioned :

ssl3_get_client_key_exchange when it calls
RSA_private_decrypt().  This takes 30 of the 32 milliseconds
needed to process the connection on a 300 MHz Pentium (II).

That was in the year 2000. Does anyone know what's the time taken
on latest CPUs ? ( on a 3GHz box will it be 3 ms ?)
