IBM Patch for AES-CCM mode support

Hi,
 
I recently downloaded OpenSSL toolkit v0.9.8g, I do not find IBM's
(Peter Waltenberg) patch for AES-CCM included in this release, was it
accepted to be released in this revision? If not, can someone point me
to the location where I can obtain it from.
