[openssl.org #1728] Root Certificate Program

Hello,

I am researching various root certificate programs in hopes of getting
our root certificate added to future distributions.  I am hoping to find
some specific documentation on your root certificate program to
determine your specific requirements and/or get in contact with whomever
is in charge of this process.  We will be undergoing WebTrust
certification in the somewhat near future, and I am taking time prior to
that to get contacts set up so that we can speed through the process of
getting our root CA certificate added to various products afterwards.
