What do you mean by CryptoProvider? Does it refer to Microsoft
Cryptographic Service Provider?
If it is the case, you can take a look at the CSP #11 project
(http://csp11.labs.libre-entreprise.org/): it provides a CSP
implementation based on the PKCS#11 interface and there are
implementations of PKCS#11 dlls based on OpenSSL (look at OpenCryptoki).
