Well, I'm not at a position where I can move RFCs to historic status
or otherwise ;-) but all I've found during the years is that everyone
sticks to RSA and DH isn't really mentioned at the corporate tables,
so to speak.

For test vectors, etc., you might want to ask Dr. Henson if he has a
stash of his stuff lying around from the days past when he intended to
work on it. Currently, if I had to do it, I'd have to search hard for
test vectors. Especially ones I'd trust (to be correct).
