As noted previously, IBM is donating this code under the terms of the OpenSSL license. Note that CMAC won't work with DES/3DES without mods. New keys are generated on the fly, but the current code doesn't fix the parity of the new DES keys. That could be done, but will make the code uglier and slower - if anyone really needs DES CMAC let me know and I'll fix that.
