Ticket #1790: [Patch] Windows CE 5 and following support, by Maurice Kalinowski [email protected] was submitted last year (http://rt.openssl.org/index.html?q=1790), but is missing in v1.0.0-beta3 nor can it be found in the released version. I've attempted to re-create the patch on v1.0.0-beta3, but haven't been successful in producing a clean build. Would someone know where these changes went (or) have a version that builds under Windows CE 5.0?
