[openssl.org #2302] Bug with GOST in TLS connection

Hi,
I built openssl-1.0.0a for VC-WIN32 and changed config how to readme.gost.
Error arisen when I'm trying to use SSL_CTX_check_private_key. Function
return: error:0B080074:x509 certificate routines:X509_check_private_key:key
values mismatch.
The same function with the same certificate and key in linux don't return
this error.
