The usage text of the "x509" and "req" commands make it appear that the only
supported ciphers for signing x509 certificates are the ones explicitly
listed. It is not obvious that other digests (like the SHA-2 family) are
supported. This adds "sha224" for an example and makes it clear the listed
ciphers are only a subset of those supported.
