openssl asn1 decoder for rfc5544 Binding Documents with Time-Stamps

Hi all,

Can someone help me to implement an asn1 decoder for the rfc 5544 timestamped 
data structure?
I should be simple for someone with experience in OpenSSL development. By the 
way i need only the decoder functions
