Same problem with apps/apps.c
It comes from
#ifndef _POSIX_C_SOURCE
#define _POSIX_C_SOURCE 2
#endif
The comments in apps/apps.c indicate it is needed for VMS and the comments
in crypto/ui/ui_openssl.c say it is needed for "gcc -ansi".
Was it VMS users using "gcc -ansi"?
Can we restrict the _POSIX_C_SOURCE define to VMS?
