Support for SHA2 based ciphersuites requires TLS v1.2. Due to the versioning
scheme of OpenSSL (no new features in letter releases) TLS v1.2 will never be
supported in the 1.0.0 or 0.9.8 branches. The 1.0.1 version which is currently
in beta does support TLS v1.2 (and 1.1) including several SHA2 ciphersuites.
