OpenSSL 1.0.1 beta 2 definition of SHLIB_VERSION_NUMBER in opensslv.h is "1.0.0".
If there is a semantics or usage change of SHLIB_VERSION_NUMBER from 0.9.x to the 1.0.x versions it would be convenient to have it documented somewhere (If it is, I missed it). If 0.9.x semantics/usage of SHLIB_VERSION_NUMBER is to be retained, most probably it should be bumped to "1.0.1". When building 1.0.1 beta 2 on Cygwin With current definition, following files are generated: cygcrypto-1.0.0.dll cygssl-1.0.0.dll -- -=[Yang]=- ______________________________________________________________________ OpenSSL Project http://www.openssl.org Development Mailing List openssl-dev@openssl.org Automated List Manager majord...@openssl.org
