There is no way for test to pass with (x&y)^(x&z). But I'm not going to
try to figure out why you assert that your test passed, it's something
for you to dig into. Bottom line is that OpenSSL is compliant with
*real* FIPS180-2, as well as 3 and relevant parts of 4.
